Medications

Tummies historically don’t do very well in emergency situations. Water-borne illnesses are more common, and a lack of fresh fruit & veggies can wreak havoc on the system! For this reason, I’ve listed “stomach” first on the list.

Most doctors and insurance providers will approve an extra 30-day supply of prescription medications. Having extra on hand in an emergency can & does save lives!

Don’t forget to plan for all age groups (infants, children…)
